What You'll Do

• Foster strong relationships with children and families through open communication and active listening
• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of every child in our care
• Implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote learning and development
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and training opportunities to enhance our programs
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the field of early childhood education

Requirements

• Ability to meet licensing requirements (background check, TB test, etc.)
• At least 1 year of childcare experience and proof of training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High energy and passion for working with children
• Understanding of child development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Medication Administration Training (MAT)
• First Aid/CPR certification
• CDA or Associate’s degree or higher
