- BS (or higher) inEE (Electrical Engineering or Computer Sciences)
- Experience 2 to 4 years ina relatedtechnicalfield.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (System Level Testing, digital communications and signal processing, power delivery, signal processing, RF device technology and testing a plus).
- Proficient with generalsoftwareprogramming(preferred.NET - C#, VB and Python)andcommon algorithms.
- Strong analyticalandproblem-solving skills.
- Abilityto workeffectively both within a team and individually-planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Stronginterpersonalandrelationship-building skills- acommitment to teamwork and "can-do" spirit.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop anddeliver clear and effective presentations on complex topics.
- Can work under high pressurewith a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic knowledge about semiconductordevicedesign,manufacturing,and/ortesting isa plus.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is$126,800 to 202,800.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
