Als projectmanager speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling van kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame werklocaties, woongebieden en gemengde projecten. Met een sterke focus op ruimte voor ondernemen vertaal je beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete realisaties met maatschappelijke impact.

Ben je sterk in coördinatie, denk je strategisch mee en wil je je expertise verder uitbouwen binnen een dynamische organisatie? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Als projectmanager speel je een sleutelrol in de ontwikkeling en realisatie van kwaliteitsvolle en duurzame werklocaties, woongebieden en gemengde projecten. In eerste instantie wordt er voornamelijk gefocust op projecten op vlak van ondernemen (bedrijventerreinontwikkeling).

Binnen deze projecten vertaal je de beleidsdoelstellingen van WVI in de praktijk. Zo wordt er verantwoord omgesprongen met de beschikbare ruimte, staat een goede ruimtelijke inpassing centraal, is er volop aandacht voor duurzame mobiliteit en hernieuwbare energie en maken we ruimte voor de groen-blauwe opgave.

Je brengt ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden in kaart, je maakt kostprijsberekeningen en zet samenwerkingen op.

Je stuurt de diverse stappen in het ontwikkelingsproces aan, je bewaakt de voortgang en houdt het globale overzicht met het oog op rapportering naar de betrokken actoren.

Je volgt de evoluties in het vakdomein op de voet en werkt actief mee aan het uitwerken van nieuwe strategieën om optimaal in te spelen op relevante maatschappelijke transities, …

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair team, en werkt nauw samen met diverse relevante actoren, zoals architecten, studiebureaus, aannemers, (kandidaat-)investeerders en in het bijzonder onze lokale besturen.

Het kantoor van WVI bevindt zich in Brugge. Een combinatie met thuiswerk is mogelijk.
