JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Advisor serves as a strategic partner to ProLift leadership, responsible for building high-performance, forward-looking talent pipelines essential to our mission-critical projects. In an industry where precision, safety, and operational excellence are paramount, this role goes beyond traditional recruitment. You will integrate advanced technology and data-driven analytics to ensure we attract and retain the elite talent required to support our industrial rigging, crane services, and complex transportation operations. You will act as a hands-on lead for ProLift's most challenging and specialized requisitions while transforming our talent acquisition function into a proactive competitive advantage. You will proactively identify, attract, assess, and recruit top talent through applied candidates, innovative sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, screening conversations, interviews and partnership with hiring leaders to ensure a strong pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Talent Pipeline & Specialized Recruitment

  • Directly manage a portfolio of complex, highly specialized requisitions across our national footprint, identifying and securing top talent in rigging, crane operations, engineering, logistics, and other mission-critical roles.
  • Partner closely with regional leadership, project managers, and operational stakeholders to assess workforce needs, understand site-specific requirements, and develop tailored hiring strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active talent across industrial, heavy-lifting, engineering, construction, and logistics sectors, ensuring readiness for surge hiring and mission-critical client projects.
  • Identify, engage, and attract talent through LinkedIn, industry databases, internet research, professional associations, referrals, networking, and market intelligence to build sustainable, high-quality talent pipelines.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess technical fit, relevant experience, motivation, cultural alignment, and long-term potential while partnering with Recruiters and hiring leaders to move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Support specialized and hard-to-fill recruiting efforts by developing targeted sourcing strategies, maintaining proactive talent pipelines, and delivering high-quality candidate slates for salaried and mission-critical positions.

Technology Stack & Operational Excellence

  • Pioneer the use of Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and automated sourcing tools to forecast labor needs and streamline the recruitment lifecycle for our decentralized, multi-site model.
  • Audit and re-engineer end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying gaps in workflow and onboarding to ensure we maintain our commitment to "predictable outcomes" and safety compliance.
  • Standardize recruitment frameworks and maximize the utility of our ATS/CRM systems to enhance data management, candidate experience, and organizational reporting.

Data, Analytics, & Cost Management

  • Build and maintain real-time TA Metrics & Analytics dashboards to provide executive leadership with visibility into hiring demand, pipeline health, and time-to-fill across all locations.
  • Drive continuous cost savings by optimizing our TA ecosystem and shifting toward high-ROI, data-backed internal sourcing strategies.

Leadership & Team Growth

  • Provide guidance to the TA team and field operations leaders, fostering professional development in areas such as candidate personal development, advanced outreach, and technical assessment.
  • Training Development: Build and deliver training tools for hiring managers, ensuring fairness, consistency, and top-tier interview techniques across all ProLift branches

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (20+ years) in high-performance talent acquisition, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in construction, industrial services, heavy logistics, or multi-site operations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern ATS and CRM platforms.

Education:
