Job description

Maintenance Technician

Aerotek is now hiring for a maintenance technician in Morton, IL to work on industrial processing equipment! Join a growing company with competitive pay to advance maintenance skills. Join our team today!

Description:

·       Maintenance and inspection on machinery and equipment

·       Electrical and mechanical maintenance

·       Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

·       Perform repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out machine parts

·       Collaborate with other maintenance team members to diagnose and repair complex machinery or electrical issues

·       Assist on construction and installation of new equipment

·       Also perform facilities maintenance as needed including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other repairs as needed on the building

Qualifications:

·       Previous industrial maintenance experience

·       Experience with mechanical repairs- pumps, motors, belts, pulleys, and conveyors

·       Experience with electrical repairs including 3 phase motors and 240-480V

Experience Level:

·      Entry, Intermediate, Expert

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morton, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $29.12/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
