Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate industrial machines. You will ensure the machinery operates continuously and efficiently in order to maintain high productivity levels. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.   Safety Glasses and proper PPE must be worn at all times!
4 Ten Hour days- Monday-Thursday from 7AM-5PM
Responsibilities 
  • Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle. 
  • Calibrate, adjust settings, and clean machines to ensure good operating conditions
  • Use precision tools to inspect parts
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
  • Load Raw tubing onto saw rack
  • Monitor output to ensure it meets quality control standards
  • Maintain detailed records of activity logs, defective units, and final products
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred
  • Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
  • Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
