  • Manages the Industrial Engineering Team within his structure
  • Organizes and carries out activities within his / her area of responsibility
  • Supports the Head of Production Engineering in planning resources & investments for his or her respective function / team (additional and replacements)
  • Supports the planning and management of investment budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects
    Development, planning, standardization and realization of equipment and production processes / procedures
  • Ensures the implementation of defined standards relating to equipment, processes, software and systems within the Plant Engineering organisation.
  • Conducts the implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the Production Management network
  • Defines and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level
  • Provides support in escalation topics from projects /quality complaints
  • Escalates according to defined escalation paths
  • Provides regular reports to respective superior or customer project team
    Is responsible for People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring)
Qualifications
  • Level of Education: Bac+5, Master's degree, Engineer.
  • Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
  • Experience : 4 years' experience in the automotive industry
  • Language : French and English are mandatory
  • Social competences:  Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
  • Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
