Home Health Medical Social Worker (MSW)

As a Home Health Medical Social Worker, you'll provide compassionate, patientcentered support in the comfort of patients' homes, helping people and families navigate the emotional, social and practical challenges of illness and recovery. Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

  • State of Maryland Social Work License Required.

  • Two (2) years of social work experience in health care setting.

  • Ability to provide service to acutely and chronically ill patients

  • Ability to complete written, verbal, and observational tasks indigenous to the position.
