Children Rehabilitative Services

At CHC you will find an inclusive environment to assist with pediatric medical needs. Our staff is dedicated to making healthcare as convenient as possible for families and is experienced in caring for children with special needs and complex medical conditions.

CHC CRS is the only pediatric multi-specialty interdisciplinary clinic (MSIC) in Northern Arizona. Our services include 12 different pediatric specialty services, nursing (NP & RN), physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, registered dietician, social work, audiology and full case management. In addition, we have several other services to assist with wheelchair, durable medical equipment and orthotics evaluation and dispensing, hearing aids, feeding therapy and dental screenings in partnership with Northern Arizona University. We also have dedicated case managers to assist in coordination of health care needs.

CHC has additional specialties to better serve our community. NAH-Inspire is a lifestyle management program specializing in treating childhood obesity. And, our Safe Child advocacy program nationally-certified is dedicated to provide comprehensive child abuse intervention services in partnership with law enforcement and child protection to children and families have been victims of a crime. Responsibilities/ Qualifications

  • Children’s Health Center is currently looking for a motivated Pediatric Neurologist to assist with growing our service line, create meaningful relationships and provide high quality care to the population of Northern Arizona and our surrounding indigenous people.
  • We are looking for an individual that has minimum 2-year experience and background in neurodevelopmental disorders, epilepsy, cerebral palsy and autism preferred.

Responsibilities
