Position Summary

Coordinates logistics for conferences, webinars, and meetings while ensuring an outstanding attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

  • Registration setup.
  • Speaker coordination.
  • Venue communication.
  • Timeline tracking.

Event Delivery

  • Support onsite logistics.
  • Manage attendee communications.
  • Coordinate vendors.

Post Event

  • Collect evaluations.
  • Compile reports.
  • Maintain event documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years meeting or event experience.
  • Excellent organization.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
