In this role, you will provide specialized physical therapy, rehabilitation, and performance optimization services to clients. The Opportunity

  • Sports rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming.
  • Neuromuscular re-education to improve functional movement, strength, and motor control.
  • Vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness, balance deficits, and stability challenges.
  • Gait training and analysis to enhance walking mechanics and reduce fall risk.
  • Hands-on manual therapy, including joint mobilization, manipulation, and soft tissue techniques.
  • Myofascial release and joint stabilization strategies.
  • Balance, proprioceptive, and movement training utilizing Sparta Plate technology.
  • Employ advanced tools and techniques to support client recovery, including:
    • Dry needling for myofascial trigger point therapy
    • Cupping therapy for circulatory and lymphatic support
    • Graston Techniqueยฎ (IASTM)
    • Blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy
    • Hypervolt percussion/vibration therapy
    • Shockwave therapy for tissue healing and pain reduction
    • Kinesiology taping for joint support and strain reduction
    • MacoLaser therapy for pain management and tissue repair
  • Support MOOVโ€™s performance-focused model by delivering:
    • VOโ‚‚ Max testing using PNOฤ’ systems for metabolic and cardiovascular assessment
    • Sparta Plate movement analysis and guided corrective interventions
    • Data-driven recommendations to support mobility, recovery, and athletic performance

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
  • Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license required.
  • Current professional liability/malpractice insurance required.
  • Certifications or documented training in dry needling, Graston Techniqueยฎ, and Blood flow restriction therapy required.
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred.
  • Experience with sports rehabilitation, performance optimization, or advanced recovery modalities preferred.
  • Background in a wellnessโ€“focused clinical environment preferred.
  • Wellness and Preventive Mindset: Passion for Injury prevention, longevity and whole โ€“ person care preferred.
