Position Overview:
I am currently seeking a Remote Sales and Office Representative. While it is not required, insurance sales experience is highly recommended for this position. Our agency is a high-performing team with growth potential, and a training system that leads to success.
Responsibilities:
  • Find Prospects
  • Quote Prospects
  • Close Prospects
  • 85% of this position will focus on sales
  • 15% on customer service
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Generate new insurance business by prospecting for clients through internet leads, networking, referrals, and hot prospects.
