• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the needs of our diverse patient population.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current on mental health research and best practices.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Active and unrestricted LMHC licensure in New York State is required.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Experience in delivering telehealth services is an advantage.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, plus potential bonuses based on performance. We also provide a sign-on bonus for new hires.
