Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine's speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost.
Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.
Role Overview
This contractor role supports daily inventory receiving and data entry operations. The specialist is responsible for accurately entering incoming parts into inventory management systems, managing receiving documentation, initiating the Certificate of Conformance (CoC) process, and physically labeling and binning parts.
What You'll Do...
  • Inventory Record Creation - Enter corresponding inventory records into the ION system after receiving confirmation from shipping and receiving team that parts have been received. Add lot and serial numbers for all buy parts into the ION records
  • Document Scanning & Management - Scan and file packing slips and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for each received shipment. All documents must be filed immediately after scanning to maintain traceability
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC) Process Initiation - Initiate the CoC review and approval workflow upon receipt of qualifying parts. Route CoC documentation to the appropriate team members following established procedures
  • Part Labeling & Binning - Generate and apply identifying labels to received parts per internal labeling standards. Physically bin and organize parts in the correct storage locations

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience with data entry (typically 1-2 years minimum)
  • Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
