Unlike traditional employees, independent contractors often need flexible, self-directed training solutions that fit their schedules. An LMS for independent contractors typically offers features like course libraries, certification tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting. These systems enable contractors to stay up-to-date with industry standards, improve their skills, and meet client or regulatory requirements. They also provide organizations with a way to ensure compliance and quality among their contractor workforce.
