At CCA Global Partners, we're dedicated to building a better world by uniting family-owned businesses across North America. Our mission is to strengthen these businesses into formidable independent competitors, keeping the American Dream alive and thriving. By focusing on people, communities, and independence, we're making a real impact on Main Street businesses across the continent. Ready to be part of our journey?
Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Estimate Reviewer Specialist in our St. Louis office for our Strategic Partners Group division. We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented and customer service driven property claims adjuster to conduct detailed technical reviews of property insurance estimates related to flooring, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction repairs. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and consistency across estimates submitted by contractors and vendors.  Working in a high-volume, quality-focused environment, the QA Reviewer Specialist evaluates scope, pricing, and line-item detail using advanced estimating software, providing actionable feedback and corrections to support claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Our Estimate Reviewer Specialist will:
  • Review, analyze, and revise estimates for medium to large property loss claims using estimating software (e.g., Xactimate or similar).  Validate scope, pricing, labor, materials, and accuracy of diagrams and floor plans.  Provide clear, technical review notes and corrections.
  • Manage assigned queue of estimates to ensure timely reviews in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), productivity targets, and cycle time expectations.
  • Communicate with contractors, flooring providers, mitigation vendors, and insurance representatives to clarify scope discrepancies, resolve estimate issues, and ensure alignment on claim requirements.
  • Provide guidance to contractors and vendors on proper estimating practices, software usage, and correction requirements to improve estimate quality and reduce rework.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?
  • High school diploma (Associates Degree preferred) plus 3-5 years experience in insurance property claims estimating along with advanced proficiency in estimating software such as Xactimate or similar platforms.
  • Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred
  • Strong understanding of flooring systems, water mitigation processes, roofing, and general construction practices, along with the ability to interpret sketches, diagrams, and detailed scopes of work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must demonstrate solid math skills and spatial reasoning, including the ability to conceptualize dimensions and layouts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are critical, as the position involves regular interaction with contractors, vendors, and insurance representatives to resolve discrepancies and provide guidance.

How we take care of YOU:
  • We provide YOU the ability to collaborate with a passionate group of leaders, peers, and amazing Members.
  • We recognize YOU for your accomplishments and contributions through development, growth and compensation!
