The ideal Entry-Level Estimator candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing within a collaborative, family-oriented construction/mechanical environment where employees are trusted and supported.

This role will split time between the office and occasional site visits/customer meetings, and this is an on-site, in-person position in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing project estimates and bid documentation

  • Support senior estimators with pricing, takeoffs, and vendor coordination

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
  • Experience with estimating software or AutoBid is a plus, but not required

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

  • Eager to learn and grow within construction estimating
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions

  • PTO and paid sick time
  • Healthcare benefits
  • Stable, long-standing organization with a family-oriented culture
  • Mentorship and long-term growth opportunities
  • Supportive environment with minimal micromanagement

  • Monday–Friday
  • Typical hours approximately 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
  • Primarily in-office with occasional site visits
