  • Coordinate buddy, mentor, and cross-functional learning programs that promote employee integration, organizational knowledge, and connection to company culture.
  • Monitor onboarding performance, retention, and program compliance using key metrics, employee feedback, and trends to identify risks, strengthen accountability, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding standards, processes, tools, training resources, and department-specific materials to support evolving business and workforce needs.
  • Partner with organizational leaders and key stakeholders to align onboarding efforts with employee engagement, safety, productivity, retention, and broader business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships and credibility with employees and leaders across field, skilled trades, and office environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and hold managers and supervisors accountable to established people processes while maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and document management systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze onboarding, retention, compliance, and employee feedback data and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Experience in construction, mechanical contracting, manufacturing, industrial, or another skilled trades environment preferred.
