We are seeking a Market Development Contractor (Independent Contractor) to support provider relationship development and referral growth within a defined market.
Engagement Overview
  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Location: Houston, Plano or Atlanta (Preferred)
  • Scope: Market-based provider outreach and referral development
  • Duration: This is a project based engagement, estimated to be for approximately 4-6 months
  • Time Commitment: Contractor manages their own schedule to meet project milestones and distribution goals, contractor is free to perform services for other clients
  • Travel: As needed, at contractor's discretion, to support market engagement
  • Rate: Milestone-based compensation (to be agreed upon per project) + IRS mileage reimbursement for any travel

The Market Development Contractor is responsible for driving provider engagement and referral growth within their market. This includes building relationships with women's health and specialty providers and coordinating outreach efforts to expand Origin's presence.
This is a results-driven, independent role focused on achieving agreed-upon performance outcomes. The contractor maintains autonomy over how work is performed while aligning with Origin's goals, messaging, and compliance standards.
Scope of Work
Provider Outreach & Relationship Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with women's health and specialty providers
  • Educate providers on Origin's services and referral pathways
  • Identify and prioritize high-value referral partners
  • Support onboarding of new referral sources

Market Coordination
  • Collaborate with other market partners to ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure consistent messaging and presence across referral channels

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track outreach activity and referral trends within the market
  • Maintain data integrity within agreed-upon tracking systems to verify completion of milestones
  • Provide periodic status reports on project progress

Collaboration
  • Contractor ensures all deliverables meet Origin's brand quality standards
  • Share feedback from the field to inform ongoing growth initiatives
