Class Valuation is excited to invite a proactive and detail-oriented Property Data Collector to join our innovative Digital Panel (1099). We are currently seeking 1099 independent contractors in Deschutes County, OR and 97703, including the cities of: Bend, Redmond, and Deschutes River Woods.
Compensation of $105 per assignment. Please note there is a $6 tech fee per order. Additional fees may be approved for complexities on a case by case basis.
As a Property Data Collector, you'll embrace cutting-edge technology to gather vital property data for appraisal waivers, appraisals and property completion reports by loan originators. Get ready to unleash your creativity and analytical skills!

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough data collections and property inspections that meet the highest standards
  • Ensure compliance with industry education and training guidelines
  • Build strong communication between Class Valuation and our clients
  • Be a problem solver! Troubleshoot issues whenever they arise
  • Help us maintain consistent turn times and quality
  • Drive continual improvement and innovation in our processes
  • Impress our clients with top-notch service

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in real estate, data collections, photography, OR at least 12 months of outstanding customer service experience
  • Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
  • Ability to travel and engage professionally with clients in their homes
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tangible results
  • Ability to obtain a background check through our 3rd party vendor
  • An iPhone 12-17 Pro or Pro max
  • A thorough understanding of property data collections, appraisals, BPOs, and property completion reports preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress codes on-site
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • EIN required for state of California only
