  • Owning the full analytical lifecycle from scoping business challenges and defining success metrics to extracting and manipulating data using SQL, performing deep-dive analysis, synthesizing findings, and delivering compelling data-driven stories and recommendations
  • Applying a strong understanding of business drivers and Roku's ecosystem to identify strategic opportunities and potential risks
  • Delivering impactful output that goes beyond dashboards, including presentations, interactive reports, and detailed commentaries that drive business action
  • Driving stakeholder alignment by clarifying objectives, assumptions, and decision points, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure analytical outputs are consumable and directly address business needs
  • Developing and executing efficient SQL scripts to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, and partnering with Data Engineering and Research Data Scientists to understand underlying data models and ensure data quality
  • Creating dynamic and insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Tableau and Looker that clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and executive audiences

  • Understanding and leveraging outputs of advanced analytical models, causal inference studies, and segmentation built by more technical data science teams to drive business strategy

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, customer analyst, or similar analytical role, with a strong track record of driving measurable business impact within a consumer technology, subscription, or streaming environment
