About Our Agency:
I'm a second-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for over 20 years, serving as an agent for the past 13 years here in Fort Worth, Texas. My agency is built around relationships, growth, and truly helping people protect what matters most. Our office culture is fast-paced, team-oriented, supportive, and growth-driven. We hold high expectations, but we pair that with a family-style environment where people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to succeed. We celebrate wins together, push each other to grow, and I take a very hands-on approach when it comes to coaching and developing my team—both professionally and financially. We've been fortunate to earn multiple company recognitions over the years, but what matters most is the culture we've built. We believe in doing meaningful work while creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Our agency offers licensing reimbursement, bonus opportunities, PTO, team outings and contests, and strong growth and leadership opportunities. We also prioritize work-life balance and staying involved in the community through charitable events and local initiatives. Outside of the office, I'm actively involved in the Fort Worth community, including work with the Woman's Club of Fort Worth and fundraising efforts like the Cowtown Ball benefiting the American Cancer Society. As a widow and single mom, I have a deep, personal understanding of how important insurance and financial protection truly are, which drives the purpose behind everything we do. I'm looking for individuals who are coachable, energetic, resourceful, and genuinely care about making an impact in clients' lives—not just someone looking for a job, but someone who wants to grow and be part of something meaningful. If you're looking for a place where you'll be challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to build a strong career, this could be the right fit for you.
