Nurse Practitioner (AGNP or PHMP) – Contract-to-Hire (Independent Contractor)

The iTrust Cares division of iTrust Wellness Group provides comprehensive mental health and cognitive care services to residents of independent and assisted living communities throughout South Carolina. As we continue to expand our presence in the upstate, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PHMP) to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity as an independent contractor. This role begins as a 1099 independent contractor position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on mutual interest, performance, and organizational needs.
