Job description

SECURITY TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Pull and terminate CAT5 and CAT6 data cabling
* Install ladder racks and networking equipment
* Install card readers, door readers, hanging cameras, and other security equipment
* Working closely with data communication systems and equipment
* Provide assistance to other technicians on the project site
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years experience with pulling and terminating CAT5 and CAT6 cable in a commercial building
* Experience with Data Communication is a MUST
* Security networking systems experience (CCTV, Alarm Systems, Card Access, etc.)
* Supervisory experience is a PLUS
* Must be customer service oriented
* Good communication skills
* Able to work independently
* MUST have reliable transportation and own tools
