Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, call-handling systems, and troubleshooting tools is often required. Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time independently help agents stand out. As an Independent Contractor Call Center Agent, your work schedule is usually flexible and can vary based on the needs of the client or your availability.
