Job description

Description The Superior Court of California, County of Glenn is seeking the services of independent contractor attorneys who meet the requirements of Welfare and Institutions Code 317 and 317.6 and California Rules of Court, rule 5.660 to represent minors and adults in juvenile dependency cases at the trial court level. Examples of Duties Conflict counsel is appointed on an ad hoc basis to represent a party or parties that cannot be represented by regular dependency counsel due to a conflict declared in the case. Compensation is $65 an hour for time spent rendering services

The juvenile dependency court calendar occurs on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 9:30 AM at the court's location of 526 West Sycamore Street, Willows, CA 95988.
