Job description

A growing architectural firm is seeking an experienced Arizona Registered Architect to join its team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage multiple architectural projects while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously from design through construction documentation

  • Produce and oversee detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT

  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases

  • Attend and lead owner/client meetings while providing project updates and design coordination

  • Review project progress and ensure timelines, quality standards, and project requirements are met

  • Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markups, coordination, and project communication

  • Support design development, permitting, and construction administration activities as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Architect in the State of Arizona with a minimum of 5 years of registration experience

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Bluebeam

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced architectural environment

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation, project coordination, and architectural workflows

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
