These capabilities are crucial for consistently securing roles, maintaining professionalism, and building a sustainable career.

What are independent contractor actors?

Independent contractor actors are performers who are hired on a contract basis rather than as permanent employees. They work on specific projects such as films, television shows, commercials, or theater productions, and manage their own schedules, taxes, and benefits. Unlike salaried employees, independent contractor actors are responsible for negotiating their rates, finding their own work, and often providing their own resources or equipment needed for roles.
