Job Description
As an independent consultant with SemperGROW, your creative thinking, management, analytical and leadership skills will be put to work to assist clients transform their organization and/or processes. Additionally, as an independent consultant you will:
  • Research client organizations and their industry. Conduct interviews and focus groups, facilitate workshops, management teams and other stakeholders.

  • Develop plans to implement recommendations, manage the execution and move clients to take action.

Qualifications

In cover letter, please outline experience, what you're looking for in an organization to work with and expected hourly, daily and weekly rates as an independent consultant.
If selected, prior to work, all independent consultants will be required to complete and sign appropriate non-disclosure agreements.
