Elementary Special Education Teacher | Minnesota | 2026–2027 School Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with a Minnesota school district to identify a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time elementary school position during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is well suited for an educator who enjoys adapting instruction, addressing diverse learning needs, and helping students make steady academic and developmental progress.

The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction aligned with individual student goals and IEP requirements while creating a structured and welcoming classroom environment. The role includes developing targeted learning strategies, tracking student progress, maintaining required documentation, and working closely with general education teachers, related service professionals, and families to coordinate effective student support.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate IEP records and monitor student progress.
  • Adapt lessons and classroom materials to support diverse learners.
  • Establish a positive, organized, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement instructional strategies aligned with IEP goals.
  • Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to address student needs.
  • Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development throughout the school year.

Requirements
