Overview

Shure is hiring a Senior Incentive Plan Administrator to join our team!

In this highly visible role, you'll help drive the success of Shure's incentive compensation programs by implementing and enhancing the tools, systems, processes, communications that are used to administer our short-term incentive plans. You'll ensure clear understanding of the plans, payment accuracy, and adherence to compensation policies, and deliver meaningful and accurate reports and analyses on performance and plan effectiveness.

This role is a hybrid position in Niles, IL. 

Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, and annual review of the global incentive plans, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incentive questions, clearly communicate plan details and changes, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Audit and reconcile data and documentation to prepare for Finance's payment calculation
  • Generate regular reports and provide insights to management to support decision-making and assess plan effectiveness. Continuously improve processes and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of sales incentive administration.
  • Provide training and communication to incentive participants
  • Calculate quarterly SI payments and annual VC payments in preparation for Finance's audit and payroll process
  • Other responsibilities as assigned 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation administration
  • Ability to work with different levels of stakeholders across divisions and regions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is a plus.

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $86,800 to $138,900, with a midpoint target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions.
