About the role:
The Compensation Analyst is the key resource for the company's salary and bonus programs and supports other compensation programs such as long term incentives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Administers base pay and bonus programs including annual reviews and bonus cycles
  • Communicates salary and bonus programs to new hires
  • Assist HR Managers and other managers with compensation related issues
  • Works with the Compensation Committee and the VP of HR on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, implementation of new programs, job descriptions, and salary grades
  • Manages projects such as survey participation/analysis and compensation integration
  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR Managers to educate managers
  • Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that HRIS system meets the compensation needs and is updated to reflect the changes in salary structure, bonus programs, etc.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs
  • HRIS experience with Workday is a plus
  • Well organized and confident to work independently but a strong team player
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office environment
  • Ability to work at all levels up to the Executive level
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong MS office skills including Word and Excel are required
