Job Title: Administrative Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Dulles, VA (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $50,000–$52,000 (Firm base salary) + Comprehensive Benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

About the Role

We are a highly stable, rapidly growing global regulatory and compliance organization located in Dulles, VA. We are currently hiring an Administrative Scheduling Coordinator to serve as the central logistical hub between our international clients, global field auditors, and internal departments.

No prior industry experience is required. We will provide a comprehensive training program to teach you the specific compliance processes for our industry.

What You Will Do Daily

  • Coordinate and schedule global compliance audits from initial request through final completion.
  • Manage a heavy, high-volume inbox, prioritizing urgent scheduling requests and client correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, field auditors, and internal teams.
  • Perform repetitive, high-accuracy data entry, ensuring all compliance and regulatory documentation is tracked without error.
  • Update and maintain information within proprietary databases and tracking systems.
  • Proactively track down missing information or documentation to prevent operational delays.
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and customer-focused demeanor when resolving scheduling conflicts.

Who Should Apply (Please Read Carefully)

This is a desk-based, fast-paced administrative role that requires extreme accuracy. We are looking for someone who takes pride in owning a process, thrives in a high-volume data entry environment, and is seeking a long-term, stable career.

  • Experience: You have 1 to 4 years of steady, proven experience in office administration, scheduling coordination, or high-level customer service data entry. (This role is 100% at a desk; candidates with primarily hands-on, field, or trades-based backgrounds will not be a fit).
  • Stability: You have a solid track record of reliability and steady tenure at your recent employers (ideally 1.5+ years per role with no unexplained gaps).
  • Education: You hold a High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or a Bachelor's Degree in a general field like Business, Psychology, or Communications. (Please note: As this is an entry-to-mid level administrative role, candidates actively pursuing or holding Master's degrees, MBAs, or advanced technical/engineering degrees will be considered overqualified).
  • Technical Skills: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook (for heavy calendar and inbox management) and Excel.
  • Professionalism: You possess exceptional communication skills, take accountability for your work, and maintain a mature, professional demeanor under pressure.

Logistics & Requirements

  • Must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance to Dulles, VA (100% onsite – No remote/hybrid options).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Why Join Us?

  • Stability: A secure, long-term career path in a recession-resilient global industry.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, including HSA contributions.
  • Culture: A collaborative, team-oriented office environment that regularly hosts catered events and team-building activities.

If you are an organized, accountable professional looking for a stable, long-term corporate home, we encourage you to apply!
