Duke Chevrolet GMC is searching for an outstanding experienced service advisor with excellent people skills. Being the first point of contact you need to be well-versed in helping customers with vehicle needs, technical questions, technician scheduling and most important, exceptional customer service! From greeting vehicle owners in the service lane to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Which also includes our team that is made up of people with great caring attitudes, outstanding listening skills and team players. We expect our customers and our team members to have a great experience at Duke.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers have the best experience through prompt, courteous, and effective help
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carefully listening and helping customers
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Be able to relay the customers information to the technician
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently

Qualifications

  • 3 year minimum as a service advisor
  • Outstanding Communication skills with customers and you team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others
  • Excellant DMS and Repair Order writing skills
  • Time management skills
  • Fantastic phone skills
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
