Duke Chevrolet GMC is searching for a positive and friendly person with excellent people skills to be our receptionist and admin assistant. Being the first point of contact with our customers on the phone you will need excellent speaking and phone handling skills. This position also supports the administration department with various task listed below.

Requirements and Experience ย ย 

  • 2 years minimum receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Admin and or Accounting skills a plus, but if not, we will help you learnย 

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the phone and when they walk into the dealership in a friendly and positive way.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Route calls to the correct person and department
  • Able to handle multi line switchboard
  • Scan dealership documents to cloud based system
  • Learn invoice entry and posting for accounting
  • Responsible with money
  • Willing to learn additional dealership admin and accounting duties
