What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter customer and account information across multiple systems simultaneously
  • Stay current on Verizon's latest plans, promos, devices, and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable on the phone, confident, clear, and personable
  • Self-motivated and competitive; you know your numbers and want to beat them
  • Able to multitask across screens, databases, and data entry tools
  • Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player
  • High School Diploma / GED required
