Position Summary

Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the receiving team.

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Ensure all products are accurately counted, labeled, and entered into the warehouse management system.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
  • Organize and stage incoming inventory for storage or distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving shipments, damages, or shortages.
  • Train, coach, and support receiving associates to ensure productivity and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications- Previous experience in a Receiving Lead or warehouse leadership role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Forklift experience and certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Schedule- Full-time
