Call Center Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is looking for a Call Center Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) to step into our fast-paced call center!
Summary: The Call Center LPN serves as the key point of contact for the patient care teams while providing excellent customer service to patients and staff. They are accountable for quality assessment, thorough and efficient care management, and patient satisfaction.
Hours: This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. General daytime hours with some evenings.
Position Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Responsible for high-volume inbound/outbound calls regarding specific medical care
  • Respond to requests for medication refills
  • Maintain a professional and courteous customer service focus at all times
  • Reports all critical incidents to manager in a timely fashion

Experience and Skills
Position Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, 2-4 years preferred
  • Medical call center or community health experience preferred
  • EHR experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Strong computer skills: experience with FileBound and/or SuccessEHS preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid and current NJ LPN license
  • Current CPR and valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate or diploma from a medical training program required, Bachelor's degree preferred
