Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission

Role Overview

PC Liquidations seeks a true B2B Hunter - someone who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them. This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting, re-engaging dormant accounts, converting inbound web leads into long-term B2B relationships, and closing profitable enterprise-grade refurbished and new IT hardware solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Logo & Account Reactivation
  • Execute disciplined outbound outreach daily (email, phone, text, LinkedIn,).
  • Re-engage PCL's extensive historical client database.
  • Identify and penetrate target verticals (MSPs, retail, education, SMB fleet buyers).
  • Build multi-contact relationships within accounts.
Strategic Solution Selling
  • Conduct discovery meetings regarding refresh cycles, org size, and pain points.
  • Position refurbished IT as a strategic financial solution.
  • Sell lifecycle solutions, secure ITAD, and sourcing expertise.
  • Close profitable, repeatable business.
Pipeline & Revenue Ownership
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
  • Hit defined activity and gross profit targets.
  • Drive deals from first touch to close with urgency.

Compensation Structure
