Job description

Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: Mon–Fri 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hr, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

About the Role

If you're organized, careful with detail, and like solving logistics puzzles, this role fits. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll oversee shipping and receiving operations that keep our fiber optic products moving to customers on time. You'll work with teams across the company, manage documentation, and keep accuracy high at every step.

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock moves and accurate inventory management
  • Coordinate with production teams to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules
  • Work with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange transportation and keep shipping documentation accurate
  • Prepare documentation for all shipments, including packing lists, shipping labels, RMA, and customs declarations
  • Oversee receiving of raw materials, components, and finished goods, and complete ERP transactions and reconciliations
  • Monitor quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries

What You'll Bring

  • Have proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in manufacturing
  • Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Know shipping regulations, customs procedures, and supply chain logistics
  • Have careful attention to detail with focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Can safely operate a pallet jack, sit-down forklift, and stand-up forklift
  • Follow safety policies and procedures closely
