    Demonstrated ability to handle high call volume efficiently and accurately

    What You Will Do:

    Serve as a compassionate and responsive first point of contact for patients and healthcare stakeholders by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and caring experience.

    Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy

    Handle inbound and outbound communications with a patient-centric approach

    Provide timely and accurate information on services, appointments, and general inquiries

    Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations

    Collaborate with clinical care teams to relay patient concerns

    Maintain accurate, confidential records and document interactions in real time

    Route inquiries to the appropriate departments (e.g., billing, records)

    Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with data privacy and safety regulations

    Continuously update knowledge of healthcare services and policies to provide informed support

    Perform all other duties as assigned
