Job description

Position Summary

The Inbound/Firearm Backup Associate is a cross-functional role designed to provide flexible support across all areas of fulfillment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity, efficiency, and compliance by stepping in where needed and ensuring seamless workflow execution.

Hours: Day Shift Hours - Monday- Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch. Occasional Saturdays to work overtime as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Count and sort merchandise by location, product number and description.
  • Store merchandise on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, color or type of material.
  • Maintain set amount in bulk and primary locations based on shelf capacity and pick velocity.
  • Determine methods of storage and stock location, considering height and weight limits, turnover (pick velocity), floor loading capacities and required.
  • Assist with the receipt of firearms during volume spikes
  • Backfilling positions during absences in the areas of Firearms warehouse, Receiving, Outbound, Returns, and Inventory Control
  • Move and transport materials or supplies.
  • Perform related duties as required by supervisor.
