  • Conduct routine field inspections to verify substrate conditions, adhesion, installation methods, and compliance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and crews to ensure proper sequencing, safety, and jobsite productivity.
  • Track and control project budgets, labor hours, materials, equipment, and change orders.
  • Resolve jobsite issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Perform detailed take-offs and site assessments to produce accurate scopes of work for waterproofing and roofing integration.
  • Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services using The Edge or similar estimating software.
  • Develop clear and concise proposals, bid packages, and project documentation.
  • Identify discrepancies in drawings, plans, and specifications, and communicate potential scope gaps.
  • Act as the main point of contact for building owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and property managers.
  • Conduct or participate in pre-bid, project startup, progress, and closeout meetings.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project to ensure expectations are met and documented.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
       Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):
      • High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related degree preferred.
      • Commercial Roofing Service experience
      • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in waterproofing, roofing, or building envelope project management.
      • Strong technical knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems (hot-applied, cold-fluid, sheet membranes, air barriers, sealants, coatings, flashing details, etc.).
      • Experience reading blueprints, specs, details, and architectural drawings.
      • Proficient with estimating programs (The Edge preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Word.
      • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and regularly visit job sites.
      • Strong organization, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
      • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
