Job description

A Waterproofing Technician is responsible for applying waterproofing materials to surfaces to prevent water damage and moisture ingress. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying sealants, handling materials safely, performing moisture tests, and collaborating closely with the construction team. The technician directly reports to the Site Manager and ensures all work meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces to ensure waterproofing materials adhere properly
  • Apply sealants and waterproofing materials accurately
  • Handle waterproofing materials and equipment safely
  • Perform moisture testing to assess surface conditions
  • Comply with all safety regulations and site protocols
  • Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Site Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in waterproofing
