We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual, and experienced Waterproofing Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play an essential role in various waterproofing and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation of waterproofing systems, including drain tiles, sump pumps, and crack repairs.
  • Support foundation repair projects, which may involve excavating, installing wall anchors, or applying carbon fiber straps.
  • Operate various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Prepare job sites and ensure proper cleanup upon completion.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with foremen, team members, and homeowners in both English and Spanish.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a laborer or in a construction-related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required (read, write, and speak fluently).
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
