Job description

We are currently seeking management candidates to join our JJ family. This position is fully trained with an assessment after 5 weeks at which time a long-term career will be offered to trainees that exhibit the best performance.

At Jimmy John's we are looking for FUN, UPBEAT, RELIABLE, and HARDWORKING individuals who like to move quickly and also have a keen eye for detail. We work hard, but have a fun time doing it! We are a locally owned and operated JJ Franchise group with 2 locations in Connecticut (Orange, Norwalk) and are in the process of opening a third location (East Haven, CT).
