Pay: $21 – $23 per hour

Job Summary


ACI is seeking an RMA Technician I to join our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) team. The technician will assist with diagnosing, repairing, and testing returned electronic equipment, primarily broadband cable amplifiers and related RF devices used in telecommunications networks. This is an entry-level technical role suitable for candidates who are interested in electronics repair, telecommunications equipment, and hands-on technical work. The selected candidate may be sent to Taiwan for approximately one month of technical training, with airfare, accommodation, and per diem fully covered by the company.


Responsibilities


• Inspect, diagnose, and repair returned electronic equipment (RMA units)

• Perform functional testing and quality checks on repaired units

• Replace electronic components such as RF modules, hybrids, pads, and other parts

• Follow repair procedures and technical documentation

• Record repair results and maintain accurate repair logs

• Work closely with the logistics and production teams to process RMA units efficiently

• Assist with quality control (QC) testing for new and repaired equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized workbench and repair environment

• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards


Requirements


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering (EE), or a related field is required

• Recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of electronics and electronic components

• Ability to use basic tools such as screwdrivers, multimeters, and small hand tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

• Good organizational and documentation skills • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Additional Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder)

• Fluent in English is a must
