Our client is a well-established General Contractor specializing in institutional construction across the Greater Montreal Area. The company delivers renovation, expansion, and new-build projects for educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and public-sector clients, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.


Position Overview

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for institutional projects. This role requires strong leadership, coordination of trades, strict adherence to safety standards, and the ability to manage projects in active environments such as schools and healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing complex institutional construction sites.


Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management & Coordination
  • Supervise all daily site operations and subcontractor activities

  • Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedules

  • Coordinate sequencing of trades and site logistics

  • Conduct regular site meetings and toolbox talks
