We are seeking a P.M. Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. 


Role Summary:

The P.M. Supervisor for In-Room Dining (IRD will be responsible for training and motivating staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation, filling in for management when needed. The ideal candidate will set the tone through their dedication and passion by reinforcing the service expectations, teaching less experience members of the team, and challenging colleagues to excel. This individual should be a key driver of Forbes Travel Guide standards, who strives to exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a Full-Time position available.

This role is an p.m. position. All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

(Open and flexible availability preferred)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Minimum 2 year(s) experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
  • Food handling certificate.
  • Certification in alcoholic awareness program.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management and co-workers to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Ability to provide legible communication and compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
  • Computer training in Word, Excel.

Desirable

  • Any previous culinary training.

  • Must possess strong Leadership qualities.
  • Ability to understand guests' service needs.
  • Ability to thrive during very high levels of business.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guests within any given period of time.
  • Ability to focus attention on details.
  • Ability to suggestively sell restaurant menu items, beverages and wines.
  • Ability to access and input information into Micros system.
  • Ability to maintain good coordination while serving orders quickly.
  • Ability to exert physical effort in transporting food and beverage to guests.
  • Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
