Available Positions & Shifts
  • AM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN; Monday-Friday opportunities available
  • PM Shift: Full-time, part-time, or PRN
  • NOC Shift: RN only; full-time Sunday-Thursday, part-time, or PRN
  • Leadership Opportunities: Ask about ADON and Unit Manager positions for qualified RNs or LPNs
What You'll Do
  • Administer medications and monitor residents' vital signs
  • Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care
  • Implement and support individualized resident care plans
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Lead and support CNA staff
  • Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
  • Communicate and collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Qualifications
  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion for and commitment to caring for the aging population
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
