Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative (Design Consultant) at 50Floor, you will be at the forefront of transforming our customers' homes, guiding them in selecting the perfect flooring solutions that bring their visions to life. Utilizing advanced sales techniques, including upselling and relatable selling, you will drive customer satisfaction and company success. There is no need for cold calling or building a clientele; 50Floor provides a steady stream of highly qualified leads through robust marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from your home.
  • Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
  • Facilitate third-party preferred financing options for qualified customers.
  • Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
  • Achieve sales performance targets within your assigned territory.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
